Investigating Officer: Michael Crincol 

Details: On October 31, 2023 Officer Crincoli responded to a Fabrow Drive address for a reported theft. Crincoli made contact with the victims who reported both of their driver’s licenses were stolen. The licenses had last been seen by the victims on October 17 and October 18. The victims reported having traveled in that time period. The only items missing from the victim’s wallets were their licenses. Nothing further to report at this time.

Charges: Contempt of Court

Details:  On November 2, 2023 at approximately 12:53 hours, Officer Zagacki conducted a motor vehicle stop on a Honda Sedan on Pennington Road near the I-295 entrance ramp. Zagacki made contact with the driver, identified as Khairee Davis, and collected documents and identification. Davis was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Trenton Municipal Court for $550.00. Davis was placed under arrest on scene and transported to HTPD for processing. Davis was later released on his own recognizance with a new court date. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Investigating Officer: Neil Hunt

Details: On November 2, 2023 at approximately 1:01 PM Officer Hunt met with the victim of theft/fraud in the HTPD police lobby. The victim reported that their debit card information was compromised and his card number was used to make purchases in Brooklyn, NY. The total amount of the purchases came to $155.95. The incident is under investigation.

11/2/2023 Time: 2:58 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township

Type of Incident: Fraud
Investigating Officer: Neil Hunt

Details: On November 2, 2023 Officer Hunt responded to a Birch Street address for a reported fraud. The victim reported that they received a phone call from a person identifying themselves as a co-worker of the victim. The person on the phone convinced the victim to purchase gift cards and provide the codes of each card to the person on the phone. It was later determined that the person on the phone was impersonating the co-worker and the incident was a fraud. The victim suffered a loss of $300. The investigation is ongoing.

Accused Name: Anita Webb
Accused Address: Ashfield Lane Philadelphia, PA 19114
Charges: DUI

Details:  On November 4, 2023 Officer Voorhees made contact with a female identified as Anita Webb during an investigation. Webb had driven and parked on Wrick Avenue where the investigation was ongoing. Upon making contact, Voorhees observed that Webb was showing physical signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were conducted on scene and Webb was ultimately placed under arrest for DUI. Webb was transported to police headquarters for processing and later released. Webb was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses, including Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. This matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Date: 11/04/2023 Time: 4:00 PM Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township

Type of Incident: Burglary / Theft
Investigating Officer: Arthur Juba

Details: On November 4, 2023 at approximately 5:17 PM Officer Juba responded to Mercer Meadows for a reported burglary into two vehicles. Upon arrival, Officer Juba made contact with the victims who reported their vehicles were parked in the trail parking lot. While away from their vehicles and in the park, the both vehicles’ rear driver’s side windows were shattered and items removed from inside the vehicles. One of the items stolen, a pair of apple airpods, were found near the intersection of Federal City Road and Blackwell Road. The other missing items, which included a plaid Coach handbag, totaled $110.00 according to the victim. Later on the same date, a third victim reported their vehicle was unlocked in the same location and their wallet was stolen from inside their vehicle. The total loss in this case was listed as $47.20. The investigation is ongoing.

Accused Name: Akey Brown
Accused Address: S Warren Street Trenton, NJ 08608 

Details: On November 9, 2023 at approximately 11:39 PM Officer Ludwig conducted a motor vehicle stop on Washington Crossing Pennington Road near Scotch Road. The vehicle, operated by the driver identified as Akey Brown, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction. The driver was found to be exhibiting physical signs of intoxication by Officer Ludwig. Field sobriety was conducted roadside and Brown was placed under arrest for DUI. Brown was transported to HTPD for processing and later released from custody. Brown was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses including Drivin Under the Influence and Reckless Driving. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.
