Type of Incident: Warrant Arrest 
Accused Name: Bianca Watkins 
Accused Address: Boudinot Street Trenton, NJ 08618 
Investigating/Arresting Officer: Michael Enriquez 
Charges: Contempt of Court 

Details: On May 30, 2024 Officer Enriquez responded to Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell for a reported disorderly party on the property. The female subject, later identified as Bianca Watkins, was in a verbal dispute with staff outside of the hospital near the shuttle pick up area. While on scene it was discovered that Watkins had two warrants for her arrest out of the City of Trenton and Hamilton Township. Watkins was arrested on scene and transported to HTPD for processing. Watkins was later turned over to Hamilton Township Police. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.

Type of Incident: Theft / Vehicle Burglaries

Details: On June 3, 2024 Officer Stanton responded to the area of East Shore Drive and Honey Lake Drive for multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred overnight between June 2 and June 3. Victims reported that their vehicles were entered and items were stolen from inside. The total value of items stolen during the burglaries was approximately $3113.00. The investigations are active. Anyone with information or video footage that may be useful to the investigation are directed to contact Detective Makwinski 609-737-3100 Ext 5740.

Date: 6/3/2024.   Time: 8:18 AM    Jurisdiction – Hopewell Township 
Type of Incident: Criminal Attempt / Theft 
Investigating/Arresting Officer: James Stanton 

Details: On June 3, 2023 Officer Stanton responded to a Coburn Road address for a reported attempted theft. The victim reported that a pop-up window came up on her laptop while she was using it. The pop up contained a phone number and advised her to contact the number due to a security breach on her computer. The victim contacted the number and was deceived into mailing a check for $90,000 to an address in Arkansas. Fortunately, the check was able to be cancelled and no loss of funds was incurred. The investigation is ongoing.

Type of Incident: Burglary / Criminal Mischief

Details: On June 3, 2024 Officer Finnegan responded to a Beechtree Lane address for a reported attempted burglary. The victim reported that their shed is secured by a padlock. The victim stated that when he went out to the shed this afternoon (June 3) he found the padlock on the ground and that it had been cut by bolt cutters. There were no items missing from inside the shed and no reported loss, other than the damage to the padlock. The investigation is ongoing.

Details: On June 4, 2024 Officer Stanton responded to 1 Washington Crossing Pennington Road (construction site) for a reported theft of a skid steer loader. The foreman reported that the skid steer was last seen on 6/3/2024 at approximately 4:00PM. When the crew came back to the site on 6/4/2024 at 9:00AM the skid steer was missing from the property. The total value of the skid steer was reported as $65,000. The investigation is ongoing.

Type of Incident: Fraud / Theft 
Investigating Officer: Ryan Finnegan 

Details: On June 5, 2024 Officer Finnegan responded to a Gentry Court address for a reported fraud. The victim reported that they received an alert on their home computer from “Microsoft”. The alert contained a phone number. The victim made contact with an unidentified party who directed the victim to purchase four $100 gift cards. The victim complied and reported the information back to the unidentified party. The total loss on the incident was reported as $400.

Investigating Officer: Arthur Juba 

Details: On June 6, 2024 Officer Juba responded to a Palmer Road address for a reported theft. The victim reported that three checks were stolen from their mailbox between 9:30AM and 12:30PM on the same date. The victim was able to contact the bank, cancel the checks, and create new accounts to avoid any loss of funds. The investigation is ongoing.

Type of Incident: Vehicle Burglary / Theft 
Investigating Officer: James Klesney 

Details: On June 6, 2024 Officer Klesney responded to a Voorhees Court address for a reported vehicle burglary and theft. The victim reported that their vehicle was entered during the overnight hours between June 4 and June 5, 2024. The victim stated that a backpack was taken from inside the vehicle. The backpack contained cash and gift cards totaling $730.00. The investigation is ongoing.

Type of Incident: Burglary / Theft 
Investigating Officer: James Stanton 

Details: On June 7, 2024 Officer Stanton responded to an Alta Vista address for a reported burglary into their shed. The victim reported that someone entered their shed between June 2 and June 3. The suspect removed a bicycle from the shed. The bike was ultimately found discarded and left in a bush on the property. There was no monetary or property loss reported in this incident.
