Details: On June 19, 2025 Officer hunt met with the victim of fraud in the HTPD lobby. The victim reported that they found a number of unauthorized charges on their credit card. The incident was reported to the credit card company who also opened an investigation into the incident. The charges shown totaled $1,844.53. The victim was issued a new credit card, as the investigation is still ongoing.

Details: On June 20, 2025 Officer Voorhees met with the victim of identity theft in the HTPD lobby. The victim found three unauthorized charges on their account totaling over $300.00. The victim advised that they felt their identity was stolen. Fortunately, the victim suffered no financial loss as the charges were held. The victim was advised to continue to monitor their credit report and bank statements going forward. Nothing further to report.

Accused Address: Blackhorse Hill Road Coatesville, PA 19320
Investigating Officer: Arthur Juba
Charges: Shoplifting / Contempt / Obstruction
Details: On June 20, 2025 at 7:45 PM Officer Juba responded to the Shoprite of Pennington for a report of shoplifting. Loss prevention reported that two parties entered the store earlier in the day and stole items, leaving without payment. These same two parties were now back at the store, and it appeared they were going to steal again. Contact was made with the subjects in question. The first, identified as Felicia Jenkins, provided a false name and was subsequently arrested. The second, identified as Walter Evans, was arrested for an active warrant. Both were transported to HTPD for processing. Both were later transferred to Mercer County Correctional Center. The matter will be heard in Superior Court.

Charges: Shoplifting
Details: On June 21, 2025 Officer Crincoli responded to the Shoprite of Pennington for a reported shoplifting. Loss prevention advised that on June 20, 2025 a subject entered the store and stole a cart full of items. The video surveillance was provided which included exterior footage of the vehicle and the suspect. Ultimately, through the investigation, Officer Crincoli identified the suspect as a Giselle Grivas of Trenton. Grivas was charged with Shoplifting – arrest has not been made at this time.

Details: On June 22, 2025 Officer Crincoli responded to the Exxon on Pennington Road for a reported Burglary overnight. The suspect(s) forced entry into the business and stole approximately $200 in cash from the establishment. A safe was also damaged in the Exxon as well. The case has been transferred to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.

Details: On June 23, 2025 Officer Finnegan responded to Forge Circle for a reported theft of packages in front of the 1000 building. Multiple packages were stolen totaling a loss to the victim(s) of $113.43. The incident is under investigation and surveillance video was collected from the scene.

Details: On June 23, 2025 Officer Kuzma responded to a Woosamonsa address for a reported burglary. A realtor found that the residence (unoccupied) appeared to have been broken into, as a broken window was found at the time of their arrival. No items appeared to have been taken and nobody was found inside the residence. The investigation is ongoing.

Accused Address: Chambers St Trenton, NJ 08611
Investigating Officer: James Stanton
Charges: DUI
Details: On June 26, 2025 Officer Stranton conducted a traffic stop on a silver Honda HRV that had a significant amount of damage showing on the exterior of the vehicle. The vehicle was traveling with no headlights activated. The stop occurred on Pennington Road near the traffic circle. At that time, Officer Stanton made contact with the driver, identified as Walter Vasquezalonzo. Walter showed signs of impairment and was asked to step for the vehicle for field sobriety testing. After completion of the testing, He was arrested and transported to HTPD for processing. He was later released from custody. Vasquezalonzo was charged with DUI, Refusal to Submit to Breath Testing, Reckless Driving, Maintenance of Lamps, and Vehicle in Unsafe Condition. The matter will be heard in Municipal Court.
