On January 23, 2024 at approximately 0600 hours, Hopewell Township Police Department, with assistance from the Mercer County Tactical Response Team, executed arrest and search warrants at a Valley Road address. The operation was conducted as part of an extensive investigation into the burglaries which have occurred across Hopewell Valley over the past year.
Two suspects, identified as Thomas A. Bray and Daniel M. Aster, were arrested and charged with multiple counts of Burglary, Theft, Criminal Mischief, Burglar Tools, and Criminal Trespassing.
The Valley Road property was searched by Detectives of the Hopewell Township Police Department. Efforts will be made to positively identify any stolen property so that return can be made to the victims.
